How to Create a Printable Attendance Register
- Enter School & Class Info: Fill out your School Name, Register Subtitle, Class, and Subject at the top of the settings panel.
- Select the Month & Year: Choose the specific month you are creating the register for. The grid will automatically update the days and highlight weekends.
- Adjust Grid Settings: Toggle whether you want to include Saturdays/Sundays, shade weekends, or add extra columns for Leaves, Holidays, and Signatures.
- Paste Student Names: Copy your list of student names (one per line) and paste them into the input box.
- Choose a Theme & Orientation: Pick a color theme and decide if you want the page to print in Landscape (recommended for full months) or Portrait mode.
- Print or Save to PDF: Click the Print button. In your browser's print dialog, you can print directly to your printer or select "Save as PDF".
